CISL support status for the New Year’s holiday

CISL’s Consulting and Help Desk services will be closed on New Year’s Day so staff members can celebrate the holiday. We will respond to help requests that are submitted on the following Monday.

Users should report any critical system problems during the long weekend by calling 303-497-2400 or by submitting a ticket through the NCAR Research Computing support portal.

As usual, the Cheyenne and Casper systems and CISL-supported data storage systems will remain in operation. Users are encouraged to continue migrating data holdings from HPSS and to schedule other jobs as needed.
